I acknowledge that I am a voluntary member of the Root Runners Walk Move Run Club and understand that participation in club-organized activities, including but not limited to group runs, walks, and events, involves inherent risks, including the potential for injury or death. I certify that I am in good health and medically able to participate in all club activities. I agree that I will not take part in any club-organized events, training sessions, or social gatherings unless I am physically capable of doing so.

I agree to comply with all club rules and policies and recognize that club officials have the sole discretion to deny or suspend my participation for any reason. I assume full responsibility for all risks associated with club activities, including but not limited to falls, physical contact with other participants, volunteers, race personnel, spectators, and third parties, as well as risks arising from weather conditions, extreme temperatures, traffic, road conditions, and terrain. I acknowledge that these risks are known, understood, and voluntarily accepted by me.

In consideration of my membership, I, on behalf of myself and any representatives acting on my behalf, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Walk Move Run Club, Root Runners, LLC, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in club activities, including those resulting from negligence.

Furthermore, I grant permission for the use of my photographs, videos, or recordings from club activities for any legitimate promotional or operational purposes.
